A good energy is always contagious.

Buddha says: All that we are is the result of what we thought. The mind is everything. What we think we become.
The energy we allow into our lives is important, but let's not forget the energy we give out - because, let's be honest, no one wants to be the human equivalent of a Wi-Fi dead zone.
Your words, thoughts, actions, and even those "Ill text back later" inactions all create energy that affects both you and everyone around you. So, why not aim for good vibes instead of " caution: emotional hazard" warnings? By focusing on radiating more positive energy, you'll not only upgrade your own life but also become the kind of person who lights up a room - without needing a flashlight or an exit strategy.
How can I become Energized?
To boost your energy, compile a list of everything that makes you happy and use it as a guide to feel energized by engaging in a wider variety of activities.
If nature revitalizes you, consider spending more time outside to fully immerse yourself in its restorative embrace. The great outdoors offers a wide range of experiences that can enhance your well-being and rejuvenate your spirit. My utmost pleasure is to go out in nature and listen to the sounds, focus on the smell, and watch in detail nature! This helps develop your natural senses and increase your intuitive mind.
Whether it's the gentle rustling of leaves in the breeze, the vibrant colours of blooming flowers, or the soothing sounds of a nearby river, nature has a unique way of connecting us to the world around us.
If the ocean invigorates you, visiting the beach more frequently can provide a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The rhythmic crashing of waves, the salty sea air, and the warm sand beneath your feet can create a sense of tranquillity and freedom that is hard to replicate elsewhere. Each visit can be an opportunity to explore tide pools, collect seashells, or simply enjoying the sunlight on your skin, while listening to the soothing sounds of the water.
If the sun energizes you, there's a good chance that flowers, animals, and trees will have a similar effect! The warmth of sunlight can enhance your mood, and being surrounded by the beauty of nature can elevate your spirits even further.
The natural elements of nature can bring joy and inspire creativity, while the presence of animals can spark feelings of wonder and connection. Trees, with their majestic stature and calming presence, can serve as a reminder of the strength and resilience found in nature.
As I engage with these elements, It can lead to a deeper appreciation for the environment and generate a sense of peace and happiness that can positively impact my overall quality of life. So, every time you can, take the time to step outside, breathe in the fresh air, watch the sunrise and the sunset, and allow nature to work its magic on you.

Practicing yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, chanting mantras, maintaining a journal, and integrating yoga philosophy into your daily routine can significantly impact your life.
Direct your attention to maintaining a positive energy and attitude throughout the day.
Positive energy is contagious - kind of like a laughter in a quiet room or a yawn that sets off a chain reaction. the moreyou soak up good vibes from your environment, the more they'll bounce back into your world like a positivity boomerang.
But here's the catch: you can't invite positivity in if negativity is hogging all the space like an old hoarder refusing to part with useless junk. That means it's time to declutter - let go of the baggage from your past, childhood, or even that dramatic meltdown you had as a baby (we've all been there). Releasing negative energy is about accepting what happened, learning from it, and moving forward- because life's too short to carry around old emotional suitcases with broken wheels.
Reset your mind to focus solely on positive thinking.
Consider these questions to determine what actions you should take to remain positive over time.
What brings you happiness?
What are the people you spend time with like?
Do they provide you with positive energy, or do they bring you down?
Do these friends uplift you, or do you feel exhausted, drained, and weighed down around them?
What language do you use? Is your inner dialogue respectful and positive, or do you frequently complain about what you lack instead of concentrating on what you have and taking the necessary steps to achieve happiness and positive energy?
Embody the positive energy you want to see in the world and spread it to your loved ones.
By fully appreciating the present moment, you will realize you have the profound ability to generate positive feelings within yourself and influence those around you.

The health advantages of breathing techniques, genuine yoga movement, and mind training through meditation are tools that can assist you in achieving your goals with a positive mindset. Consistent daily practice is crucial for fulfilling your Sankalpa or resolutions.
Individuals lacking the intention, mindset, or actions to create change will experience no results and remain in the same energetic state. Many of my friends caught up with life and work generate this kind of state. To alter this, changing one's environment or engaging in meaningful activities, such as helping others with unconditional love or participating in charity work, is a positive step toward a new direction and a brighter future.
The most challenging part is getting started. Set an alarm clock, and regardless of the circumstances, consistently show up on your yoga mat, take a walk, embrace nature, and open your heart to its beauty. Connect with your true essence and personal energy. Be willing to try something new; at least give it a try and leave assumptions and criticism behind. Begin new, with an open mind and faith.
Simply speaking words without faith won't change your life; you need to trust and believe in your power to attract positive vibrations into your life!
